Our Pricing

Where Does your Money go

An airport pick up, a night stay in Accra upon arrival, orientation and induction upon arrival in cape coast, host rent, placement fees, social event and community outreach ,departure transport and other administrative cost such as staff allowances, office , internet and other logistics.

Insurance/visas and vaccination

Our prices do not include insurance. You are therefore advised to take up your personal travel insurance and details emailed to us so that we will always be of help when the need arises. You are to contact any Ghana embassy in your country or nearby for visa application forms. We will help you with all the details you need to fill it. Please apply a month ahead of your departure. Please consult your personal doctor on Vaccinations needed for your stay In Ghana (West Africa)


This is not compulsory but you are free to fund-raise or donate to support the needy, communities and individuals.


All volunteers will stay with a Ghanaian host family. Rooms are mostly shared with other volunteers. This helps to build good relationship as well cultural exchange. Our host families are well trained and have the experience of hosting foreigners. Food will be a combination of both local and western dishes. You will be provided with a bed, sheet, fan, toilet rolls and small security boxes. All volunteers are entitled to three square meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Lunch can be packed depending on your work schedule and this must be arranged between you and your host.


Our fees doesn’t include flight ticket, however we can assist you with various flights available. Once your flights is booked, please send us the details so that we can make a proper arrangement to meet you up at the airport( Accra, Ghana)
